Account & Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policy and user privacy standards, you can request permanent deletion of your JustTrusty account and personal data.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile name, phone number, email, and saved delivery addresses will be permanently removed.
- Active authentication tokens and sessions will be instantly revoked.
- Order history will be permanently anonymized for internal accounting and tax compliance requirements.
- This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
How to delete directly inside the mobile app:
- Open the JustTrusty or JustTrusty Partner app.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap on Settings & Security.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your request.
