Welcome to JustTrusty ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). JustTrusty operates the JustTrusty customer mobile application, the JustTrusty Partner merchant application, and the official website at justtrusty.com.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled in a safe, transparent, and responsible manner in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), and Google Play Developer Policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our marketplace services:

• Personal & Contact Information: Your mobile phone number (used for passwordless OTP verification), full name, and optional email address. For vendors and merchants, we also collect business registration details and store contact information.
• Location Data (Approximate & Precise): With your explicit device permission, we collect precise and approximate GPS location data to show local neighborhood stores, calculate delivery distances, auto-fill delivery addresses, and enable real-time order tracking.
• Photos & Camera Access: Used only when you voluntarily upload media, such as customer support dispute photos, store product catalog photos, or business verification documents. We do not access your gallery without your explicit action.
• Payment & Transaction Data: When you make a purchase or subscribe to a merchant plan, transactions are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Cashfree and UPI). We do not store full debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Device & Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens used strictly to deliver real-time order and booking status alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Authenticate user accounts and protect against fraudulent activities via OTP verification.
• Enable seamless ordering, fulfillment, and home delivery with neighborhood vendors and delivery partners.
• Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and critical security notices.
• Facilitate customer service queries, returns, and dispute resolutions.
• Comply with applicable legal, taxation, and statutory requirements in India.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

Information is only shared under strict privacy safeguards with:

• Fulfillment Partners: The specific merchant and delivery rider handling your order (name, delivery address, and contact number).
• Infrastructure & Service Providers: Trusted cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services), SMS gateway (MSG91), and payment processing (Cashfree Payments).
• Law Enforcement & Legal Compliance: Only when strictly required by a valid court order, subpoena, or governmental directive under Indian law.

5. Data Security & Encryption

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between our apps, website, and servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted using AES-256 standard.
• Access Controls: Strict role-based internal access policies and regular vulnerability scanning.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have full control over your personal data:

• Access & Update: You can view and edit your profile information anytime directly in the app.
• Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. You can initiate deletion directly in the app under Profile > Settings > Delete Account or by visiting our self-service deletion portal at https://justtrusty.com/delete-account or emailing privacy@justtrusty.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our systems.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Substantial updates will be notified through in-app notices.
