1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the JustTrusty mobile application, the JustTrusty Partner merchant application, or our website at justtrusty.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
JustTrusty is a technology marketplace platform connecting consumers with independent local merchants, service providers, and on-demand delivery partners. JustTrusty acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions and escrow-protected settlements.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use certain features, you must register using a valid mobile phone number and authenticate via One-Time Password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & Escrow Protection
Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (Cashfree, UPI, Net Banking, and Cards). JustTrusty holds payment authorizations until an order or service booking is verified as fulfilled according to platform settlement terms.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in unlawful conduct, violate intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, or harass vendors, customers, or delivery partners. Violation of conduct guidelines may result in immediate account termination.
6. Termination & Account Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion in the app settings or via our self-service portal at https://justtrusty.com/delete-account.
